TEQPack is one smart, compact machine for case erecting, filling and sealing.
Modern packaging lines require flexibility, speed and reliability. Different case formats, crates, displays and product flows need to be handled efficiently without repeatedly stopping the line for mechanical changeovers. TEQPack is designed to make this process simpler, smarter and more consistent.
This casepacker combines multiple process steps within one integrated system. Flat case blanks are automatically erected, filled and sealed. The filled cases or crates can then be transferred directly to palletizing or further processing, creating a seamless workflow with fewer manual operations.
Thanks to recipe-driven control, product changes can be carried out quickly and flexibly. Operators do not need to make mechanical adjustments, helping to maximize uptime while allowing the machine to handle different packaging configurations.

The Master Workflow
Blank Boxes
The process starts with flat case blanks loaded into the machine. A robotic arm unfolds the cases and automatically seals the bottom.
Cases & Crates
Small egg packs are placed directly from the grader into cases or crates by a robotic arm. The process runs fully automatically without mechanical changeovers. After filling, cases can be top-sealed if required and transferred to palletizing.
Palletizing
Filled cases and crates are stacked onto pallets according to operator-defined patterns. These patterns are controlled by recipes, enabling fast and flexible product changeovers.
Display
TEQPack is also available for display packing. Small egg packs are routed directly to the outfeed and accurately placed into displays for efficient, fully automated retail-ready packaging.
